SMA ANNUAL CONFERENCE – Registration open and full programme and abstracts available
The forthcoming SMA Annual Conference will be held from December 4th to 6th at the University of Central Lancashire on the theme of ‘Being Medieval – Archaeology, Society and the Human Experience‘.
This promises to be a very exciting conference with an engaging programme (available here) and the abstracts for the papers are now available on-line. Registration is now open and can be accessed here.

Previously undiscovered henge re-used in Anglo-Saxon and later periods, excavations find
